Please inspect all items upon arrival and notify us of anything that may be defective within 48 hours. We offer a hassle free return policy and free replacement for anything defective. Please notify us within 30 days. Email us at: returns@modernposture.com to initiate the process. Please describe the problem in your email. Modern Posture will answer your email within 24 hours. We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. Items must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as sold, including all product accessories, literature/instructions and blank warranty cards. Please do not write or place any stickers or labels on the original manufacturer's packaging. If you return an item that is not defective, but has been opened and shows signs of wear or damage, we reserve the right to assess a restocking fee.
